Recently Pivot was asked to speak to a global audience about our Service Design work with ALS Canada. (Learn more about this project on Pivot's ALS case study page.)
Pivot worked closely with ALS Canada to understand the journey of people living with ALS. This was a Service Design and Journey Mapping project involving persona creation, validation (via one-on-one interviews), and service blueprinting.
Soon after the completion of our project and presentation of findings to stakeholders at ALS Canada, our research and the project picked up interest in global healthcare circles. Pivot was invited to present the Informed Design process and User-Centered approach at the International Alliance of ALS/MND Associations’ annual Allied Professionals Forum.
